Download the Acuity Scheduling Client mobile App from either the Apple Store, Google Play Store links or scanning the QR code below.

1. From the app home screen, tap +.

2. Tap the Business Scheduling URL field and enter https://exeterbjjacademy.as.me/

booking a class - website or app

Choose a class.
Select an available date and time (we allow booking up to 14 days in advance).
Fill out your details (if you create an account, this and other information will auto-populate to make this much quicker).
Verify Terms & Conditions.
Make payment if paying per class, or not if you have signed up for our astonishingly good value all inclusive membership.
Once the appointment is confirmed, you will immediately be sent a confirmation email and have the chance to register for an account to make future booking easier (recommended)
If you select an appointment type or package, then change your mind, you can go back to the appointment type/package list by clicking on the appointment type or package you selected.

Click the person icon to access the ‘account’ section.

Here you can log-in if you have already created an account or create one if you haven’t already.

rescheduling or cancelling an appointment

When you book, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you supplied. This also includes links to:

reschedule or cancel your class if needed.
add the appointment to the iCal/Outlook/Google Calendar

something still not working correctly?

Please contact our booking provider Acuity Scheduling directly with your query through their webform here. In an exceptional situation like this where unable to book, we can take payment in person if you notify the instructor on arrival.
